BotR attended and hosted a stall at the ROSC event hosted by the South Community Recovery Network in the Ibrox Community Complex on 25th June 2025.

BotR was invited to provide a presentation in the LERO (Lived Experience Recovery Organisations) Leadership group meeting hosted by Scottish Recovery Consortium on 27th May 2025. 2 graduates shared their experience on their recovery journey and the making-of in the BotR workshop.

BotR was invited to host a stall at the Community Justice event hosted by Glasgow City Council on 3rd April 2025 to introduce BotR’s Community Service Placement services.

The Rotary Club of Glasgow hosted a Burns Supper for BotR as a fundraising event to collect donations for BotR. BotR expresses its greatest gratitude to the Club and wishes the Club all the best for the new year.

BotR hosted a Christmas Party in December 2024. There were 32 attendees at the party to celebrate three participants’ graduation and appreciate 12 volunteers’ work through out the year. There was also a surprise session celebrating Gordon Kerr, Project Supervisor’s 20 years of service with BotR, and his 60th birthday.

BotR attended and hosted a stall at the North West ROSC event hosted by North West Recovery Communities on 10th December 2024 in Maryhill Parish Church to promote alcohol addiction awareness.

BotR and GVVT hosted stalls at the event International Men’s Day hosted by Glasgow Life In Kelvin Hall on 19th November 2024.

Back on the Road hosted a stall at Scottish Careers Week on 12th November 2024 in the Parkhead School House. 2 graduates volunteered at the stall and introduce the programme’s employability related training to the public.

Back on the Road attended Elevate Graduation 2024 in Glasgow City Chambers on 24th October 2024. A Back on the Road graduate received an award from Elevate. BotR wishes all the best to all award winners and graduates from Elevate and BotR.

Back on the Road delivered a presentation at the North West Recovery Communities ROSC meeting on 15th Oct 2025, led by two graduates. The presentation covered the programme’s introduction, demonstrations, and a workshop overview. One graduate received his graduation certificate during the presentation.
